Applications
The gearboxes are used in oil presses to process seeds, nuts and kernels. Due to the low pressing temperature and gentle pressing, the oil is characterized by a very high quality and can be used as edible oil without further treatment.
Oils for food
A central area of application is the use of cold-pressed oil as cooking oil. The oils make an important contribution to a healthy diet with regard to the fatty acids omega 3 and omega 6 as well as vitamin E, for example. A special feature of cold pressing is the extensive preservation of the ingredients and the pure taste, e.g. in linseed oil, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil, grape seed oil and nut oil.
Oils for the pharmaceutical industry
In the pharmaceutical sector, vegetable oils are used as a remedy or as a dietary supplement in the form of capsules. Vegetable oils are also used for skin diseases or damage, e.g. as evening primrose oil capsules, black cumin oil shampoo and rosehip seed oil cream.

As a base in creams or ointments, certain active ingredients are intended to accelerate the skin’s ability to regenerate and improve the skin’s ability to absorb moisture.
Technical oils
