Constructive basis<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n

All gearboxes are designed by us using state-of-the-art calculation tools for gearbox systems. The overall systems are modelled, parameterized and calculated taking the gearbox environment into account. KISSSoft is used to design and optimize all critical transmission components, such as gearing, shafts, bearings and connecting elements. <\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Flexible gearbox options<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The special solutions, which are always tailored to the customer’s specific requirements, allow maximum flexibility in the specifications – whether it is a matter of horizontal, vertical or inclined installation positions, special input and output shaft designs or external or internal cooling. The use of the right gear oil is crucial for the safe and trouble-free operation of any gearbox. Koellmann Gear is on hand to advise customers on how to achieve an optimum lubricant supply.
