MAXIMUM LOAD CAPACITY

In the service of our customers, we are always able to set the highest standards, as evidenced by the large number of helical gearboxes in use worldwide. The single and two-stage design of the mixer gearboxes allows for particularly flexible machine use. The helical gears are manufactured to optimize noise and performance, thus guaranteeing low noise levels and high efficiency. Even the highest loads can be compensated for thanks to the rigid housing design.
SPECIAL DESIGN FEATURES
The gearboxes are used to drive agitators in an intensive mixer. The gearboxes are installed in the mixing container at 2/3 of the total height. The material to be mixed can reach a temperature of up to 200°C. The forces generated when mixing the material are absorbed both axially and radially by special roller bearings integrated in the gearbox. As the mixing container including the gearbox can be tilted by up to 20°, an oil compensation chamber is integrated into the gearbox housing to ensure optimum lubrication of the gears and roller bearings. The intensive mixer can work in 24/7 operation.
